We now have Day 1 of the 7 Day Land Work Plan loaded up into the 7 Day Plan page – This video contains both swimmers completing the exercises with supporting instruction for Josh Surgeoner

We would very much like to have a video for each day completed by Orion Swimmers, with instruction on exercise and filming from Robin and Josh
