Today saw yet another increase in numbers for the Zoom Land Work Sessions today we were up to 25 so welcome to those who have not been before

We have now decided on a regular programme so that everyone can plan to take part wherever possible

The sessions will be Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 11am

Please tell your swimming friends to join in too – it is much more fun all doing it together, watching each other, and the opportunity for a quick chat, and of course to ask Josh and I any questions about your training at the moment
